Oh the Messenger! Let not those who rush off into disbelief sadden you from those who say: “We believed” with their mouths, while their hearts didn’t believe, and from those who became Jews, they are listening for lying, and they are hearing for a people who haven’t come to you. They pervert the words from their right time and places. They are saying: "If you are given this, then you take it, while if you are not given this, you beware!" And If Lord Allah intends his trial, then you will never be the authority for him from Allah anyway, those are whom Allah doesn’t intend to purify their hearts, for them have disgrace in this World, and for them have severe punishment in the Hereafter.
The hypocrites are saying with their mouths that they believed, while they are hating it with their hearts. Islam is the only way of life satisfied by the Creator Lord for the entire world as explained in verses 3: 19, 83, and 89. In all the 312 previous Books revealed to Messengers, the followers of the Lord’s Book are specified as Muslims as told in verses 22: 78 and 33: 35. But the people of Moses rejected Lord’s Book and accepted the name Jews just as the people of Jesus accepted the name Christians as explained in verses 3: 54-55. The hypocrites among the followers of Messenger Muhammad and Jews were helpers of each other against Islam and Messenger as told in verses 59: 11-12.
After thirty years of Messenger Muhammad’s departure, Islam deteriorated and the Book reading people became hypocritical disbelievers, Mushrik disbelievers, and believers. From among them only one in a thousand becomes a believer who follows and testifies Lord’s Book Adhikr, and he only gets benefits from the reading. The other two ie. the hypocrites who are knowingly hiding even the names of Adhikr, and their blind followers who are rejecting It are serving Satan and are following his footsteps, will be punished as explained in verse 3: 7. They are trying to extinguish the Light Adhikr with their mouths, but Lord will spread His Light even though they are hating It as explained in verse 2: 16.
Today, the Fujjar are the true disbelievers, wrongdoers, and Mujirims and are the fuel of the Hellfire as explained in verses 2: 39; 3: 10, and 5: 10. Their prayer, fasting, pilgrimage, charity, or any deed will not be accepted as explained in verses 2: 20 and 186. Moreover, without becoming a believer with Adhikr, these aimless and heedless Fujjar will get Hellfire as a penalty as explained in verse 2: 108. See explanation 1: 7; 2: 165-167; 3: 78 and 7: 40.
